Order Process

Once your order has been processed on the online store and payment has been affected we will dispatch your order to Fastway Couriers within 24 - 48 hours.

In the event we are not able to to fulfill your order, we will contact you to offer you an alternative product. If you do not wish to accept an alternative product we will process a full refund which will be processed within 7 - 14 days after communication

 

Deliveries/Shipping

Delivery is done via Fastway Couriers:

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 - 48hours of confirmation of payment.

An email will be sent to you comprising of the tracking details of your purchase once we have concluded processing your order

We will deliver to your specified address via Fastway Couriers between 8am to 5pm  (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery lead times:

Major Cities which comprise of Durban, Gauteng and Cape town : 4 - 7 working days from date of order

Outlying Areas: 7 - 9 working days from date of order

*Orders paid via EFT will only be processed once payment has cleared. The lead times above will therefore apply from date of payment and not date of order.

Please note that the lead times stipulated above are a guide and are subject to change without notice. We will strive to ensure your order is delivered within the above time frames however with high order volumes and Covid-19 precautions, there may be some delays.

Please ensure the Shipping address recorded on your order is accurate and complete to ensure your order arrives at your desired location

Once your order has been dispatched by us, the risk of delivery is then passed onto the purchaser as we do not provide insurance on our deliveries

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Should this event take place, every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment, however, the purchaser will be liable for additional delivery charges.

Should you require a collection and have met all requirements as outlined in our returns policy please contact us via email and ensure that you attach a completed returns form.
